1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is significantly different from what was described
- The item is unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed or altered
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Perishable or consumable products

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item) — we cover all shipping costs
- If the return is due to change of mind — customer bears return shipping cost
6. COD Order Refunds
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or Bank Transfer. Please provide your payment details when contacting us for a refund.
