Shipping Policy

We deliver to every corner of Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan including:

• All major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
• Smaller cities and towns across all provinces
• Remote areas (may take 1-2 extra days)

2. Shipping Charges

• Orders above PKR 3,000: FREE delivery
• Orders below PKR 3,000: PKR 200 flat shipping fee
• Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order

3. Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed:

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day (Monday–Saturday)
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next business day
• Orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on Monday

4. Delivery Time

• Karachi: 1-2 business days
• Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days
• Other major cities: 3-4 business days
• Remote areas: 4-6 business days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time through our courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Attempt Policy

• Our courier will attempt delivery twice before returning the order
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
• If you miss a delivery, contact us immediately to reschedule

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

• Take photos/video of the damaged parcel before opening
• Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
