- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors
3. Order Placement
When you place an order with Snap Kitchenz:
- You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
- Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or SMS after placement
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders must be paid in full upon delivery
🚚 All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location in Pakistan.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD nationwide across Pakistan. Please note:
- Have the exact amount ready at time of delivery
- Refusing a confirmed COD order repeatedly may result in account restriction
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice before returning the order
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and delivery information
- Not engage in fraudulent activity or false orders
- Not copy, reproduce or misuse our website content
- Use our products only for their intended lawful purposes
6. Intellectual Property
